| Chief Paul D. Hulsey
created his private investigation company in 1983 after 28 years of law
enforcement service. His company was first organized under the name of
Hulsey International Investigations. The name change to The Detective
Connection was brought about to
more accurately describe the expanding role of the company in the private
investigation profession. The Detective Connection has
headquarters in Dallas County Texas; however, Chief Hulsey is equipped
with the resources and contacts to do world-wide investigations, and has
clients in many foreign countries. Chief Hulsey has traveled extensively
in Mexico and the Caribbean Islands conducting investigations. |

professional, full-service private investigation company, built on the
"solid rock foundation" of excellence, dedication and the
strongest measure of integrity and confidence to its clients.
Chief Hulsey served as President (1999-2003),
and then Chairman of the Board (2003-2006) of the Texas Association of
Licensed Investigators, Inc. (TALI), the official state association for
professional private investigators. He also served TALI as 2nd Vice
President from 1998-1999, and Treasurer from 1997-1998. Chief Hulsey is also a
past Vice President of the North Texas Private Investigators Association (NTPIA).
